    Drain and rinse chickpeas using a strainer ; thoroughly pat dry with paper towel .

    Heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Toss chickpeas with za'atar spice and garlic powder , then add to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy ⏱️ 5 minutes .

    While chickpeas cook, wash and dry all produce. Prepare bell pepper , mini cucumber , and mint .

    In a large bowl , toss together baby lettuce , diced bell pepper, and sliced cucumber. In a small bowl , combine yogurt , cilantro , juice from lemon , and greek vinaigrette . Whisk until smooth.
